Peritoneal Mesothelioma symptoms
The term "Mesothelioma" is defined as a form of cancer that degrades the lifespan of person(s) or patient(s) at a very fast rate after it has been diagnosed, this affects the mesothelial cells in the body. After several scientists study this disease in detail all over the world, it has been concluded that the contraction of this disease in most cases is caused by direct contact with loose asbestos particles. This disease is mostly known to be derived from inhaling the loose asbestos particles suspended in the air for a very long time. The chances of the patients who have been diagnosed with Mesothelioma Peritoneal, have a very
low percentage chance of survival which would most likely be not more than one(1) or two(2) years and if it has been detected in it's very early stage and good medication has been provided and initiated at the said time on the patient then the patient would likely live for roughly about five years.
There are three(3) types of Mesothelioma Peritoneal but the symptoms of the diseases depend on what type has been contracted. These symptoms vary from each other but general symptoms that occur in patients diagnose and suffering from the different types of mesothelioma are weight loss, short breath, chest pain, loss of appetite, plain cough and cough with blood. Diagnosing mesothelioma in its beginning stages is most likely not possible since symptoms can only be noticed very late and there are no special signs that indicates mesothelioma because the symptoms are also common for other diseases.
Symptoms of mesothelioma generally resembles any other normal lung diseases. The lungs are where most of the symptoms arise, this is where the mesothelial cells covering the lungs and the cavity between them are affected due to prolonged inhalation of asbestos fibers. Guidance and consultation with a physician is very necessary for a continuing period and necessary test must be conducted in order to detect this harmful disease.
The main symptom of Mesothelioma Peritoneal is constant chest pain, short breaths and difficult breathing because of accumulation of fluid in the chest. Some of the other symptoms include abnormalities in the lungs, which can be diagnosed with CT-Scan under proper doctor supervision.

Mesothelioma advances in four stages. In the first stage, the formation of a tumor in the lining of the lung begins and does not go over from one side of the lung. Then in the second stage the tumor spreads to other organs in the chest, such as heart. In the third stage its spreads to the other abdominal organs affecting other organs and finally in the fourth stage the tumor extends to all parts of the body and affects all the parts adversely. There are some of the symptoms of Mesothelioma Peritoneal, which can be tracked in the initial stages of its occurrence.
